Logistic Executive

Objective of role:

As a Logistics Executive primarily edits, plans, coordinates and directs the administrative services for the Logistics team. The role involves keeping track of the processes, interacting with system data and coordinating the internal projects and offering administrative support to the senior management team.

 

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

  • Upload and Create Purchase Orders, sales order, Purchase Credit Memo’s, Sales Credit Memo’s, Purchase Credit Notes… in our system.
  • Create customs declaration in Ecus5 System
  • Search HS code for new item
  • Translate description of the goods from English name to Vietnamese name.
  • Manage the delivery, insurance, bonded warehouse expense effectively and make payment request to partner timely and exactly.
  • Print price tag and sticker and transfer to all stores before goods arrival.
  • Manage employee and control internal warehouse process ensure the goods enough quantity and quality.
  • Communication with factories and overseas sales companies & dealers,
    trouble shooting, booking vessel & flight, document preparation (invoice, packing list, BL, CO, etc.),
  • Maximize vehicle utilization to ensure delivery with the lowest optimal cost.
  • Delivery Lead-time control & On Time Arrival management.
  • Controlling activities and Performance of all forwarders in terms of service quality
  • Manage shortage, defective goods, payment with Partner.
  • Give Ideas & analyze incident to avoid those risks.
  • Build-up the relationship with the relative parties to facilitate.
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly, Quaternary, Yearly report

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency communication in English and Vietnamese, both writing and speaking
  • Excellent communicator, team-player, detailed-oriented
  • Organizational skills, well perform under pressure of multi-tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Experienced handling high-volume workflow in a professional setting
  • Be flexible in working hours on business needs (over-time might be required)
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Take initiative and being a proactive organizer.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills
  • Resourceful, abilities to work fast, efficient and work independently.
  • Result oriented person and a solution-provider.
  • Effective time management & prioritization skills
